4. Open the folder /system/app/ and delete the file Superuser.apk.

Method 2: How to remove Root from Android using SuperSU

If you do not have third-party firmware on your Android device, you can remove Root with the help of SuperSU application. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Start SuperSU and open “Settings” tab.
2. In the proposed menu, select “Full unroot”, then click “Continue”.
3. Reboot your smartphone or tablet.
